Know the Mind, Find Well Being
My name is Dhi Good
Dhi rhymes with "bee"
I teach meditation, mindfulness and Buddhist studies, drawing on my 10 years as a Zen Buddhist, followed by 15 years of Tibetan Buddhist study and practice.
Along the way I've learned that anyone can train the mind and open the heart. Working with the mind helps us meet life's challenges with grace and dignity, and live with a greater degree of happiness.
I enjoy helping others discover their path through meditation, contemplation and practices to nurture the self and one's relationships.
I hold degrees in Psychology and Future Studies, and have worked in government, nonprofits and as a serial entrepreneur.
I offer meditation and mindfulness classes to organizations supporting wellness, stress reduction and culture change in the workplace. Drawing on both neuroscience and wisdom traditions, I teach evidence-backed techniques for working with challenges. Customized training is available.

What Class Participants Say
"I feel so much more relaxed and able to manage my stress."
"I was really having trouble focusing. My mind was jumping from one thing to the next. Now I feel much more calm."
"Dhi was fantastic. I had never done meditation before and was a little self-conscious about it, but her guidance made it so easy and natural feeling. She also provided us with some tips and tricks for shorter meditations that we could do as we needed throughout the day which made my work-day go much smoother!" - Susan, CU-Anchutz physician
"Dhi stepped up to help our work group in the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic when many of us were struggling with anxiety over the many uncertainties associated with the virus. She is a calming, kind and down-to-earth mindfulness teacher. She anticipates where people might get stuck and normalizes some of the struggles that come with practicing mindfulness meditation. I appreciated her help greatly and felt much better after her classes." - Katherine Morrison, MD
When life gets busy or stressful, quiet time gets scarce and can fall off the radar. For individuals who want to prioritize well-being or seek guidance on their spiritual path, I offer one-on-one sessions and a curriculum plan geared to your interests. Monthly plans at $108 include two one-on-one sessions, guided meditation recordings, plus contemplation and mindfulness practices.

"Dhi is a joy to work with and a trusted mentor. I have become more confident in my meditation practice. If my mind is busy, I can watch that … and know that is meditation. I am learning that how I deal with frustrating moments in meditation is how I deal with life."
"Dhi is a patient, thoughtful teacher and has a gift for helping you get to a state of mindfulness.
At the end of each session, you can expect to feel relaxed, re-centered and inspired to work on your own meditation practice."
